| 工作描述： |
1. Responsible for CNC operations, machine daily maintenance and related tools, fixture maintenance, tools life management, etc. 负责加工中心机器的操作，机器的日常保养及维护及相应刀具、夹具等的维护保养,使用寿命的管理 2. Able to understand mechanical drawings and understand various tolerances of mechanical drawings. And use measurement tools properly.能熟练看懂机械图纸，了解机械图纸的各种公差标注。和正确使用测量工具。 1. Processing of very accurate parts after drawing at a GROB GA550 and other CNC machines, as well as manual machine tools 根据图纸使用GA550和其他加工中心，加工高精度零件。以及会操作手动机床。 2. Adjusting, operating and partial independent programming of machine tools 调整以及操作GROB加工中心，能手工编写数一般的数控程序 3. Independent machining and controlling of the parts 独立加工工件以及检查加工质量 4. Define the suitable cutting tools and cutting parameters based on the parts 根据材料及工件，选择合适的刀具及加工参数 5. Organizing of the work place by following 5S and EHS 能按5S及EHS的要求组织与维护工作场地 6. Handling other tasks assigned by supervisor 承办上级主管安排的其他事宜 |
