| 工作描述： |
Main tasks主要任务 : 1）根据客户提供的技术参数、采购规格文件，完成换热器的传热/热力学设计。Based on the technical parameters and procurement specification documents provided by the customer, complete the heat transfer/thermodynamic design of the heat exchanger. 2）对换热器的热力学设计进行优化，并完成产品的成本估算。To optimize the thermodynamic design of the heat exchanger and complete the cost estimation of the product. 3）对销售工程师进行技术支持，并做好与客户的技术沟通。Provide technical support to sales engineers and ensure good technical communication with customers. 4）完成订单的设计方案移交，并做好解释，使下游部门充分理解设计方案。 To complete the handover of the proposal for the order and provide a good explanation to ensure that the downstream departments fully understand the proposal. 5） 少数交付项目的现场问题分析与解决、技术服务。需要时需配合销售的现场出差。On-site problem analysis and resolution, as well as technical services for a few delivered projects. You’ll need to go on site visits with the sales team when necessary. 6）根据需要，完成部门经理委派的其他工作。To complete other tasks assigned by the department manager as needed. Must必备技能 1）良好的组织能力，能承受工作压力，主动性强，并能处理多项任务。Good organizational skills, able to withstand work pressure, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks. 2）专注的态度，一定的钻研精神，具有适当的紧迫感和结果驱动的工作能力。 A focused attitude, a certain spirit of research, an appropriate sense of urgency and result-driven working ability. 3）普通话及英语流利。Fluent in Mandarin and English. 4）本科以上学历，化工机械、化工工程和工艺、能源与动力工程、机械工程等专业相关。Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in chemical machinery, chemical engineering and technology, energy and power engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields. Preferred优选项 1）有（低温）换热器、压力容器或冷箱设计经验，熟悉ASPEN EDR、HYSYS等软件。Have design experience in (cryogenic) heat exchangers, pressure vessels or cold boxes. 2）熟悉低温换热器、冷箱及其在空分、石化和油气市场的应用。Be familiar with cryogenic heat exchangers, cold boxes and their applications in the air separation, petrochemical and oil and gas markets. |
