| 工作描述： |
- Cooperate with business department to make testing proposal & plan according to customer’s requirements; - Cooperate with customer or supplier to import new testing project; - Verify the new testing system stability and reliability; - Make maintenance plan & spare parts list for each new project; - Make working instruction and train operators for each new project; - Backup the new project’s software & all the data after new project finished importing; - Monitor the failure status for new project and improve the *** passed rate for system; - According to the ECN to modify the testing program and hardware if required; - Maintain the software and hardware for each project in time; - Troubleshoot the failure cause of the testing system and repair the system; - Collect and Analyze the test data from production for improving the product quality; - Provide a structured program that allows the development and growth of skill base from internal candidates through modular and proactive training system； Qualifications: - Bachelor degree in Electronics or relative - Good Electrical/Electronics engineering skills including demonstrated knowledge of schematics, circuit theory, and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of various levels of testing and of the entire process flow for PCB production and System Integration. - Knowledge of electronics hardware and computer software - Familiar with the testing hardware construction of FCT - Familiar with Labview ,Teststand and C . - Have the experience develop the FCT program by Labview and Teststand - Good English communication skill . - Good troubleshooting skill for FCT system . - Strong communication skills, leadership, business analysis, process development, administration, and change management |
