Mainly divided into 4 aspects on mechanical and sheet metal processing主要分为四个方面在机械和钣金加工领域： A.New customer's new product planning and introduction to achieve final production to get business. Or a big new project for an old customer. 对新客户的新产品进行导入规划和策划，实现最终可以顺利生产，获得业务。或者老客户的新型大项目。 Workflow：Start with a new customer's intended product -> investigation and review drawings -> Develop and design according to customer samples -> Analyze production capacity and process Breakdown understanding customer requirements -> Cost control and calculation -> Preliminary offer price -> Packaging and delivery requirements Design and track sample production ->Feedback and improvement -> Until customer approval and mass production delivery. 工作流：从新客户意向产品开始 -> 检查和回顾图纸 -> 或按客户样品研发设计 -> 分析生产能力和过程 分解理解客户要求-> 成本控制和计算 -> 前期初步报价-> 包装和发货要求 -> 设计和跟踪样品制作->反馈和改进->直到客户批准和大批量生产交付。 B.Mainly responsible for the research and design of the steel structure module project call “GTMODULE” business division, work together with the R&D design engineers of the European Engineering Department. Including the entire process from the initial research and design to the local production conversion and delivery. 与欧洲工程部的研发设计工程师一起主要负责GTMODULE 事业部钢结构模块项目的设计与研发；包括前期研发设计直到转换本地生产和交付的全过程。 Responsible for evaluating the feasibility of new equipment and new technology before putting in, designing the product introduction process and finding suitable suppliers and related equipment until the new equipment and new technology are successfully put into mass production. 负责新设备新技术投入之前的评估可行性，设计产品导入过程和寻找合适的供应商和相关设备，直到新设备和新技术顺利投入大批量生产。 C.Technical and quality management of suppliers. 外包供应商的技术和质量管理。 Responsible for the breakdown of the production process that we cannot produce at present, control the quality and technology of outsourcing suppliers, design the technical drawing separation and combination of outsourcing and our own production process, so that the outsourcing part can be completed to match our internal production part to meet the requirements of the final product 负责分解我们当前无法制作的生产过程，管控外包供应商的质量和技术，设计外包和自己生产过程的技术图纸拆分和组合，使外包给供应商的部分可以完成匹配我们内部生产部分，以达到最终产品的要求 D.Support and assist the current engineering department in the routine order and product drawing engineering work. 支持和帮助当前工程部常规订单和产品图纸工程方面的工作。 Other work arranged by GM 总经理安排的其它工作 |

1、College degree or above, major in Architecture-related steel structure or mechanical automation-related majors建筑类钢结构或机械自动化类相关专业大专以上学历； 2、Above 5 years’ process work experience in sheet metal machining and process 具有五年以上机械钣金加工行业等相关工作经验，熟悉钣金加工工艺和设备（剪切，冲压，激光切割、折弯、焊接等）； 3、Experience in construction of steel structure design有一定的建筑钢结构设计经验； 4、Experience in architectural steel structure design firms is preferred.有建筑类钢结构设计院工作经验优先考虑； 5、Having a certain level of English proficiency enables to working with European engineer 有一定的英语能力可以跟欧洲工程师一起工作； 6、Have some innovation ability in the field of mechanical sheet metal processing and some technical and quality management experience有一定的创新能力在机械钣金加工领域和一些的技术和质量管理经验； 7、Good skills in design SOLIDWORKS， CAD softwares and standard computer applications熟练使用SOLIDWORKS，CAD，等设计软件，熟练操作Office办公软件； 8、Good skills for communication and team work良好的沟通能力和团队精神，工作踏实，责任心强，能承担高度的工作压力。 |
