Main Accountabilities/主要职责 1 DV&PV experiment process management DV&PV实验进程管理。 Ensure that new project DV&PV test is being completed within the specified time to ensure that the experimental data is true and valid. 确保新项目DV&PV试验正在规定时间内完成，确保实验数据真实有效。 1.1 Fully understand relevant standards, prepare test plans, write relevant test procedures, and training. 对相关标准进行充分理解，编制测试计划，编写相关测试程序，对相关员工培训。 1.2 Application and confirmation of test fixtures to ensure effective test and improve experimental capability. 试验工装夹具申请及确认，确保试验有效进行，提高实验能力。 1.3 Develop product test methods, compile operation instructions, and standardize the test work. 制定产品测试方法，编制作业指导书，对测试工作进行标准化。 1.4 Troubleshooting and abnormal analysis during the test. 测试过程中的故障排除及异常分析。 1.5 Sort out the original records and photos, and prepare the internal test report. 整理原始记录及照片，编制试验内部报告。 1.6 Control the outsourcing test process, confirm test parameters, and review external reports. 对委外测试进程管控，确认测试参数，审核外部报告。 2 Related work of measuring equipment management计量设备管理相关工作 2.1 Manage and maintain metering equipment management ledger, formulate calibration plan, and complete the metering work as planned. 管理维护计量设备管理台账，制定校验计划，使计量工作按计划完成。 2.2 Confirm the qualification of external suppliers, and confirm the verification content and time with suppliers. Review external validation reports. 外部供应商资质确认，和供应商确认校验内容及校验时间。审核外部校验报告。 2.3 Internal verification shall be carried out as planned, and internal verification reports shall be prepared. 内部校验按计划进行，编制内部校验报告。 2.4 Device application management, device exception management. 设备领用管理，设备异常管理。 2.5 Other tasks from leader. 上级安排的其他任务。 Required Qualification /岗位任职要求 1. College degree or above, Mechanical or Electrical engineer related field. 大专以上学历,机械或者电子工程相关专业。 2. Good writing skills to provide written work standards and guidance. 良好的写作能力，提供书面的工作标准和指导。 3. Have the ability to apply office software; (i.e Excel). 具备应用办公软件的能力。（如:Excel） 4. Have organization and coordination ability, communication ability, problem analysis ability, obey the work arrangement. 具备组织协调能力、沟通能力、问题分析能力，服从工作安排。 |
