Job Summary and Key Objectives 职位概述及关键目标 - Assist the management team on matters related to the department. 协助管理团队处理与部门相关的事务。 - Work closely with Costing team to support customer inquiries, on testing new product and processes. 与成本团队密切合作，以支持客户在测试新产品和流程时的咨询。 - Support Production team pertaining to the product and process development matters. 支持生产团队与产品和过程开发相关的事务。 - To meet Camfil China manufacturing goals and objectives. 为了实现Camfil中国的制造目标和任务。 - To ensure compliances to regulatory bodies requirement and internal procedures. 确保符合监管机构的要求和内部程序。 Key Responsibilities 主要职责 1. Process monitoring and analysis performance and recommend necessary actions to ensure full compliance. 对流程监控和分析性能进行评估，并建议必要的措施以确保全面合规。 2. Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction is achieved. 确保实现产品质量和客户满意度。 3. To proposed and to coordinate all process, product, material, machine, tool and other changes which will improve and develop the quality and the competitiveness of the company's product and efficiency and capabilities of its processes. 提出并协调所有过程、产品、材料、机器、工具和其他变更，以改善和提升公司产品的质量和竞争力以及其流程的效率和能力。 4. To liaise with other key members of the team in coordinating proposal for changes to product and process packed and manufactured in the company. 与团队的其他关键成员联络，协调对公司产品和流程的提案变更。 5. To make proposal for cost reduction brought about by process and product changes. 提出因流程和产品变更而带来的成本降低建议。 6. To work liaison with other department to ensure corrective and preventive action are taken with regards to it product and process. 与其他部门合作，确保对产品和流程采取纠正和预防措施。 7. To ensure all projects undertaken, coordinated, overseen or participated in by the department are efficiency and effectively completed within the specified deadlines with optimum resources expended. 确保部门承担、协调、监督或参与的所有项目都能在指定的截止日期内高效、有效地完成，并且尽可能优化资源的使用。 8. To ensure compliances to regulatory bodies’ requirement, internal procedures and any relevant legislation governing the project undertaken. 确保遵守监管机构的要求、内部程序以及任何与所开展项目有关的法律法规。 9. Maintain and Control "BOM" and article numbers for Raw material and finished goods. 维护和控制原材料和成品的“物料清单”（BOM）和条目编号。 10. Responsible for all activities related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy. 负责与质量、健康、安全、环境和能源相关的所有活动。 11. Carry out duties in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety Environment and Energy Policy, Procedure and SOP. 根据质量、健康、安全、环境和能源政策、程序以及标准操作程序履行职责。 12. Other projects/tasks assigned by supervisor. 其他上级安排的项目/任务。 Know-How 知识 - Bachelor's degree or above major in a chemistry-related, with more than 3 years of relevant experience. 化学相关专业的学士学位或以上，且有超过3年的相关工作经验。 - Good written and spoken English. 良好的书面英语和口语能力。 - Good technical knowledge on required job skills. Experience in handling technical drawing software e.g. (AutoCAD/Solid works). 对所需职业技能有良好的技术知识。有处理技术绘图软件的经验，例如（Auto CAD/Solid Works）。 Skills技能 - Proactive with strong academic ability. Strong ability to withstand pressure. 主动性强，较强的学历能力。抗压能力强。 - Good verbal and written communications skills A team player. 良好的口头和书面沟通能力，团队合作精神。 - Proven track record on being self-starter and leader. 在自我启动和领导方面有着出色的业绩记录。 |
