1、负责采购非直接生产物资和服务，如办公设备，IT系统，市场活动支持类服务等；（ Responsible for the procurement of non-direct production materials and services, such as office equipment, IT systems, marketing activity support services, etc. ） 2、供应商管理包括 Supplier management, including；Supplier sourcing based on purchase plan and strategy 基于采购战略和计划寻找供应商 Supplier performance management and evaluation 供应商绩效管理和评估 Supplier database update and analysis 供应商数据库更新和分析 3、合同谈判和投标文件编制；(Contract negotiation and biding document preparation) 4、采购订单下推和按时交付；(Purchase orders issue & on time delivery) 5、风险管控；(Risk management) 6、落实年度降本任务；(Implement annual cost reduction task) |

1、本科及以上学历, 35岁至45岁之间；(Bachelor's degree or above, between the ages of 35 and 45) 2、类似的岗位工作经验至少5年, 熟悉采购流程和物料管理流程，熟悉采购合同的审查和管理或者有内控，流程管理分析的经验；(Work experience in similar position at least 5 years，familiar with procurement process and material management process, familiar with the review and management of procurement contracts or have experience in internal control, process management and analysis） 3、良好的沟通能力和分析理解能力；(Good communication skill and analytical comprehension skill ) 4、有较强的守法合规意识和成本意识； （Have a strong sense of compliance and cost control） 5、英语口语和书面沟通良好；(Good oral and written communication skills in English) 6、结果导向、注重细节，积极主动，认真负责、诚实守信；(Result oriented, detail oriented, proactive, responsible, honest and trustworthy) 7、具有较强的团队合作精神和团队合作能力；(Have strong team spirit of cooperation and teamwork ability ) 8、具备良好的自我管理和学习能力，能适应较大的工作压力。(Have good self-management and learning skills and able to work under pressure) |
