| 工作描述： |
1. Be able to perform all set up and verifications of the extruding lines. 能够执行挤出生产线的所有调整和验证。 2. Must be able to read schedules and plan the day around the needs of the line. 遵照生产计划执行。 3. Must keep precise records of checks and information per TS 16949 requirements. 必须根据 TS 16949 要求保留检查和信息的精确记录。 4. Continuously monitor process and be able to recognize issues and react accordingly to assure quality of parts. 能够持续有效识别生产线的问题并做出相应的行动，以确保零件的质量。 5. Be able to independently and autonomously complete the replacement and debugging of moulds until the equipment runs stably.能够独立自主完成模具的更换、调试与保养，直到设备稳定运行。 6. Be able to independently and autonomously for equipment switching and simple adjustment.能够独立自主进行设备开关机和简单调整。 7. Be able to independently and autonomously complete the product inspection, inspection and release work.能独立自主完成产品的检验，检查放行工作。 8. Must have good communication skills to be able to work with teammates and to be able to report problems or concerns in a legible manner. 必须具备良好的沟通技巧，听从上级领导的工作安排以便能够与团队合作，并能够以清晰的方式报告问题或疑虑。 |

目前公司生产线处于调试阶段，由德国总部同事培训，愿有进取心的小伙伴加入 High School Diploma or equivalent. 高中学历以上。 Must possess strong mechanical skills and understanding of complex machinery。 必须具备一定的机械技能和对机械的理解。 Some education or experience in plastic extruding desired. 塑料挤出或注塑方面的教育或工作经验。 Working in 2 shift schedule目前双休制，后续生产正常化后需执行两班倒工作。 Must work in a team oriented and dedicated environment. 必须在以团队为导向和敬业的环境中工作。 Must be able to read precise measuring equipment. 必须能够使用和读取精密的测量设备。 Willingness to continuously build knowledge and broaden skills. 愿意不断积累知识和拓展技能。 |
