| 工作描述： |
1. Ensure all of the equipment and machine can work on the proper condition. 确保所有机器设备运行状态正常。 2. Ensure all of the facilities in the plant a smooth running. 确保工厂内的所有设施有效运转 3. Perform the approval, the realization and the commissioning of new production equipment, special for the electrical and programming aspects.执行设备验收工作，运行调试新的生产设备，尤其是电气和程序方面。 4. Technical support and troubleshooting for all production equipment, especially in the electrical and programming fields, to solve any machine breakdown or fault in shortest time and most effective way. 所有生产设备的技术支持和故障解决，尤其是电气和程序方面，迅速高效的解决设备停机及故障。 5. Establish and improved the preventive maintenance plan for the equipment, according to suppliers requirements and cumulated experiences also based on machines breakdown analysis. 基于设备本身的要求、维修经验以及故障停机等数据分析，建立和完善设备预防性维修计划。 6. Establish, updated to date and ensure the availability of all documentations, which linked related to the equipment (from suppliers, from every repair actions, from preventive maintenance...) 新建及更新所有关于设备的文件资料，确保实用性（依据供应商文件、维护记录、预防性维护等） 7. Define, order and regulate the safety stock, in order to store enough and necessary spare parts require from production equipment situation. Find low price and good quality and follow purchasing process until deliver the goods.根据设备使用情况，调整备件最低库存，及时采购确保备件充足，寻找质优价廉的备件并追踪整个流程直到备件到货。 8. Cost control and perform relating the internal and external audit work.成本控制以及执行内部审核的工作。 9. Support and assist during external maintenance and supplier work.支持和帮助所有外部维修和供应商的工作。 10. Basic knowledge and maintenance experience training to technician, special for the electrical and programming aspects.基础知识和维修经验的培训及分享，尤其是电气和程序方面。 |

Experience in mechanical maintenance is preferred具备机械维修经验优先。 4. Good PLC siklls especially in SIEMENS,TIA PORTAL and S7 Series 较好的 PLC 能力，尤其是西门子博途和 S7 系列。 5. 良好的沟通技巧与团队合作，并能够以清晰的方式报告问题或疑虑。 6. Fluent English for commnunication 能用英语与德国工程师进行沟通. |
