Your tasks: 你的任务： •Vehicle suspension disassembly and assembly 车辆悬挂的拆卸和组装 •Coordination and support of test fitting of suspension components and prototypes 协调并且支持悬挂部件以及样品的测试安装 •Management of standard product catalogues for the aftermarket and motorsports (Springs, Shock absorbers, Stabilizer bars, Wheel Spacer, etc.) 售后市场以及赛车运动的标准产品目录的管理（弹簧、减震器、稳定杆、车轮垫片等） •Monitoring of current market and product related developments, active building of new product and application list; regular reporting to superiors 指导目前市场以及产品相关的开发，积极开发新产品以及产品列表；定期汇报 •Collaboration and communication with customers` R&D and technicians, network building and maintenance 与客户的研发技师配合沟通，开发并且维护关系网 •技术和商业的售后支持 After sales support, both technical and commercial •在展会、客户培训和活动中代表公司和展示产品 Represent company and our products at exhibitions, and customer training and events •Assessment of training needs and analysis of potential for continuous improvement 评估培训需求并针对持续性进步进行分析 •Bear responsibility for the work quality and on-time delivery of tasks 保证工作质量并且及时达成任务 •主管要求的一般工作。 General tasks as required by superior Your Qualifications: 你的资质： • Good English in speaking and writing 有一定的英语说写能力 • Technical background, e.g. mechanical engineering; engineering degree is a plus 汽车专业技术背景，例如机械工程、工程学位更佳 • 有拆装车辆的实操经验 Hands-on experience in dismantling and reassembling vehicles • 4S店或汽修店的工作经验 Experience working in a 4S shop or maintenance workshop • 有强烈客户服务意识的独立的工作能力 Ability to work independently with a strong awareness of customer service • 团队合作精神、灵活性和抗压能力强 Team player qualities, flexibility and ability to work under pressure • 使用微软office，尤其是Excel Knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel • 有驾照（在高速公路上驾驶） Driving license (drive on the highway) • 有机动性（在中国内的商务出差） Mobility (business travel within China) • Enthusiasm for cars and performance industry Your Future: 你的未来： • Interesting and future oriented challenge with superb opportunities for future development in a modern family owned international business 在一个现代化的家族所有的国际企业拥有有趣的、以未来为导向的挑战，拥有极佳的未来发展机遇 • Qualified on the job teaching as well as encouragement of advancing relevant functional and personal competences 在职培训将大大提升个人能力，鼓励提升相关的功能以及个人能力 • Adequate and performance oriented remuneration and social benefits 充足的、以表现为导向的薪资及社会福利 Eibach Springs (Taicang) Ltd. 63 Ningbo Road East, 215400 Taicang Email: vlu@eibach-china.com |
