Gerneral Purpose： Provide technical support to SAP users. 为SAP用户提供技术支持 Main Task: 1.Support SAP key user / user, by creating SAP work instruction and providing continuous training. 支持SAP的关键用户/用户,负责编写SAP操作指导书并提供持续的培训. 2.Support in resolving daily SAP Incidents and Requests. 支持SAP日常使用过程中的问题和请求 3.Provide SAP support for process improvement projects. 在流程优化项目中提供SAP支持. 4.Be responsible for contact with Central IT team and external SAP consulting company to set up and coordinate for SAP projects. 负责与集团IT以及外部SAP咨询公司沟通,启动并协调SAP相关项目. 5.Coordinate training, testing, and other activities related to the rollout of SAP S/4HANA. 协助实施SAP S/4HANA上线的培训和测试等工作 6.Complete other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor according to business requirements. 根据业务需求完成直接主管分配的其他任务. |

1.Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering 本科或以上学历 2.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 具有较强的分析和解决问题的能力. 3.Good communication skills and expression ability. 良好的沟通能力和表达能力 4.Ability to work independently and proactively as part of a multinational team. Can work under pressure and face challenges effectively. 具有良好的跨文化团队合作能力,能够在压力下工作并面对挑战 5.Ability to quickly learn and proficiently use new IT tools. 具有快速学习并熟练使用新IT工具的能力 6.Knowledge of SAP modules is highly valued. 具备SAP模块经验将被着重考虑 7.Fluency in English, Written and spoken. 英语听说读写流利 8.Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具备高度的责任心和客户导向意识. 9.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China. 愿意遵守通快中国的所有规章制度包括但不限于员工手册以及行为准则. |
