Green and Light Automotive Components is a young international automotive Group with its Headquarter based in Taicang (Jiangsu Province - PR China) and several production plants in China as well as abroad. Green & Light has acquired over the past decade a unique know-how and is, by now, the recognized market leader in its field of industry for the transportation industry. Most of the international automotive OEMs are already active customers, G&L is exporting, day after day, innovative and often unique components to more than 20 different countries out of our different production sites.
To support its growth, Green & Light is trying to gain you as a
SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT
As a Sales Assistant,
you will assist and support our Sales Team during the acquisition process of new business in the PR China and abroad,
you will, after acquisition of the business, be responsible for its administration within our organization,
you will supervise the invoicing process and follow up our customers’ payment behavior,
you will secure a smooth communication with our domestic as well as our foreign customers,
you will follow up daily/weekly/monthly our sales performance,
you will revive our internet presence and ensure a regular update.
If you have a similar experience in an international context, paired with good EDP skills (MS Excel and PowerPoint), you should apply immediately !

你将协助和支持我们的销售团队在中国和国外的新业务的收购过程，
收购业务后，你将负责公司内部的管理工作，
监督发票流程并跟踪客户的付款行为，
你将确保与我们的国内外客户进行顺畅的沟通，
每天/每周/每月跟进我们的销售业绩，
你将恢复我们在互联网上的存在，并确保定期更新。
