Gerneral Purpose:
Making cars lighter, robuster and safer is now a key point in the automotive manufacturing industry, the use of hot-forming steel in the body is gradually increasing , 5-axis 3D cutting machines is a mature solution for manufacture complex structure, high precision requirements of the hot-forming parts.
使汽车更轻、更坚固、更安全是现在汽车制造行业的关键点，热成型刚在车身的使用比例逐渐增加，三维五轴激光切割机床为生产设计结构复杂，精度要求高的热成型零件提供了成熟解决方案。
Main Task:
1.Technical Requirements Management: Assist to analyze, collate and summarize the local machine requirements for each module, and provide inputs and machine concepts for the development of the next generation of machines.
技术需求管理：协助研发部门，分析、整理、归纳本地的机器需求针对每一模块，为开发下一代机器提供输入和机器概念。
2.Product Reporting and Competitor Analysis: Generate product reports based on test data, benchmark, functionality comparisons, etc. to help sales.
产品报告和竞品分析：根据测试数据、基准对比、功能评测等等制作有助于销售的产品报告
3.Product Management: Assist in categorizing, organizing, and tracking issues with products, and work with service and quality departments to provide inputs for improving product functionality and quality.
产品管理：协助分类、整理、追踪量产产品出现的问题，与服务和质量部门协作，为改善产品功能和质量提供输入
4.Market Analysis: Support to develop our business by conducting research and studies, providing data and analysis reports based on market size, inventory/incremental market, existing automotive production capacity and potential open demand etc.
市场分析：支持开展调查研究，根据市场规模、存量/增量市场，现有汽车产销量和现有生产能力等等数据，提供数据支撑和分析报告，不断发展我们的业务
5.New Business Development: Support in managing new demands, e.g. larger size parts (double door rings), higher precision, thicker, new materials, double optic, programming, software, automation etc.
新业务开发：支持管理新的需求，例如：更大的尺寸零件（双门环），更高的精度，更厚的，新材料，或者双头，编程，软件，自动化

1.master's degree or above 硕士或以上学历
2.Product Management, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or similar
产品管理，机械工程，汽车工程 或类似的专业
3.First practical experience in a group or company, preferably in manufacturing e.g. machinery, automotive, optical industry etc.
有企业实践经历，尤其是来自制造业 例如机械，汽车，光学行业 等。
4.Structured and independent working attitude, strong analytical and organizational skills
独立的工作态度，强大的分析和组织能力
5.Good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
熟悉MS Office，尤其是PowerPoint和Excel
6.Good English language skills: speaking, reading and writing, German is a Plus
英语听说读写能力, 会德语者更佳.
7.Social, intercultural competence and strong communication skills
有社交、跨文化和沟通技巧
8.Duration: 6 months, flexible starting date 持续时间：6个月，灵活的开始日期
