主要工作：Job description:• Cooperate with the stakeholders like production, quality, technical and so on to fulfil daily work.• Leads and manages new project. Coordinate internally with colleague and HQ Germany or external customers and suppliers to make sure the project goes smoothly.• Coaches and guides operators.• Process design. Work with technical department for a professional assembly solution and quality control process. Design the necessary fixtures and toolings.• New equipment sourcing and qualifying.• Lean production management and CIP.• Support on quality control.• Documentation work, like CP/WI/FMEA and so on.Requirements:• Bachelor degree, majored in electrical & mechanical or related.• Good English in reading writing and speaking. • 2 years working experience on related fields.
