主要工作：• Running Production area（生产区域的运行）o Keep the machine running smoothly保持设备的平稳运行o Assist with mould changeover辅助换型o Adjust the machine to get the good quality demanded by customer调节设备使产品满足客户要求o Supervising on inspection of the product quality and respond the quality feedback from inspector, carries out the proper action.o 负责产品质量的在线监控，对质检员的质量反馈做出反馈并及时采取措施改进。o Records the production daily report according to the actual production status and the down time.根据实际的生产情况和停机时间准确记录生产日报o Keep good housekeeping in working area accordinglyo 保持工作区域的整洁• Understands and follow company policies and procedures理解并遵守公司各项政策和程序• Ensure a safe manner by following company regulations确保安全的生产行为满足公司相关规定• Working in the Team（团队合作）o Ensure team works together as efficiently as possible确保团队高效工作。• Others（其它）：Involves in any tasks or projects as assigned by supervisor参与主管指派的任何任务或项目
