• Running Production area（生产区域的运行） o Keep the machine running smoothly 保持设备的平稳运行 o Assist with mould changeover 辅助换型 o Adjust the machine to get the good quality demanded by customer 调节设备使产品满足客户要求 o Supervising on inspection of the product quality and respond the quality feedback from inspector, carries out the proper action. o 负责产品质量的在线监控，对质检员的质量反馈做出反馈并及时采取措施改进。 o Records the production daily report according to the actual production status and the down time. 根据实际的生产情况和停机时间准确记录生产日报 o Keep good housekeeping in working area accordingly o 保持工作区域的整洁 • Understands and follow company policies and procedures 理解并遵守公司各项政策和程序 • Ensure a safe manner by following company regulations 确保安全的生产行为满足公司相关规定 • Working in the Team（团队合作） o Ensure team works together as efficiently as possible 确保团队高效工作。 • Others（其它）： Involves in any tasks or projects as assigned by supervisor 参与主管指派的任何任务或项目 |
