MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
1、负责集团内部非标设备的设计和制造，包括结构设计、标准件选型、设计图纸输出等；
Responsible for the design and manufacture of non-standard equipment in the group, including structure design, standard parts selection, design drawing output, etc;
2、对各事业部的CIP项目（新设备或已有设备升级改造），提出自己的改进方案和想法；
Advancing the improvement program (new machine or existing machine upgrading) and putting forward the ideas for each division CIP projects;
3、负责项目图纸加工过程中的跟踪和技术支持；
Giving the technical support and tracking when the drawings in processing;
4、自动化项目的整机组装、调试及改进；
Responsible for the whole machine assembly, debugging and improvement of the automation project;
5、上级交办的其它事项；
Other matters assigned by supervisor. |

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任职要求条件
1.大专或以上，自动化机械/机械相关专业
Associate or above degree, automation/mechanical related professional
2.至少5年以上非标自动化设备机械设计经验
At least 5 years non-standard automation mechanical design experience.
3.具有较强自动化机械/机械设计能力及良好的专业技能，精通机械设计原理、设计标准、材料性能、加工设备、零件表面处理和热处理等知识；
With strong automatic mechanical / mechanical design ability and good professional skills, proficient in mechanical design principles, design standards, material properties, processing equipment, parts surface treatment and heat treatment and other knowledge;
4.动手能力佳，能独立操作常用的机械加工设备；
Doing spirit, can operate independently some conventional machining equipments;
5.了解气动、液压、伺服等元器件的原理及选型；
Understand the principle and the selection of pneumatic, hydraulic, servo and other components;
6.能熟练运用Solid-edge或其它3D及2D机械设计软件；
Using a skilled of Solid-edge 3D software or other 3D and 2D mechanical software;
7.具有良好的学习、分析和解决问题能力；
Willingness to learn & good problem analysis and solving skill. |
