Main tasks 工作描述 :
1.Familiar with Auto CAD and Pro/E Solid-Works software for graphics work
使用Auto CAD及三维部分、Pro/E，Solid-Works Software 软件进行制图工作.
2.Making mechanical design, strength calculation according to pressure vessel and codebox code;
根据压力容器及其冷箱规范进行机械设计、强度计算。
3.Material selection based on mechanical characteristics and requirements
基于力学特征及要求进行选材
4. Produce complete construction drawings and comply with the design department's process;
出具完整的施工图纸，并且遵守设计部门的所有流程；
5. Familiar with the welding process and assembly process of pressure vessels
熟悉压力容器的焊接工艺和组装工艺；
6.Review of nonconformity
不合格评审；
7.Participating of supplier assessment
参与供应商能力调查及评估；
8.Technical support of production, sales, customer，Project services, etc.
给予生产、销售、项目，质量等部门技术支持；
9.Product risk assessment when installation, using and maintenance, indicate these risk and corresponding preventive action in product instruction.
产品安装/使用/维护过程QEHS风险的评估，在产品说明书中明示风险并给出防护建议
Particular responsibilities :
1.Bechelor or above. major in mechanical engineering and chemical machinery will be an advantage 机械工程学专业，化工机械专业优先，本科学历及以上;
2. 3+ years of experience in pressure vessel and cold box design is preferred. 3年以上压力容器、冷箱设计经验的工作者优先。
3.familiar with chemical mechanical engineering, welding technology, strength calculation under GB150, ASME, PED or AD2000 熟悉掌握GB150、ASME、PED或AD2000标准下的化工机械工程设计、焊接技术、强度计算
4.Familiar with CAD design, and have good knowledge in Auto CAD and Pro/E, Solid-Works software . 熟悉CAD设计，能熟悉使Auto CAD、Pro/E, Solid-Works软件
5. Engaged in the design of aluminum plate-fin heat exchangers, with good communication skills, organizational skills and teamwork skills work experience is preferred；
从事铝制板翅式换热器设计工作，具备良好的沟通能力、组织能力及团队协作能力的工作经验者优先 |

Must 必备的资格或技能
1.Proficient use of Solid works, CAD 3D software, and Office software.
Solid works ，CAD三维软件的熟练使用，熟练使用Office办公软件。
2. Pressure vessel or pressure piping expertise.
压力容器或者压力管道专业知识。
3. Bachelor degree or above with process equipment and control engineering or mechanical professionals. 本科或以上学历，具有过程装备与控制工程或机械专业。
Preferred 具备以下技能更好
1. Engaged in the design of aluminum plate-fin heat exchangers, with good communication skills, organizational skills and teamwork skills work experience is preferred； 从事铝制板翅式换热器设计工作，具备良好的沟通能力、组织能力及团队协作能力的工作经验者优先
