ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Process safety management
2.New product development/tryout
3.Process optimization and management, monitor and evaluate the work process to guarantee the high quality of products with continues improvement actions.
4.Responsible for coaching and training for operators on process safety and SOP.
5.Support new project
6.Reporting
MAIN ACTIVITIES
1.Work in compliance with all HSE regulations and in line with HSE KPIs and Targets set by management.
2.Active support to the safety culture at site and work safely for incident free operation.
3.Responsible for process running to ensure the operation work under safety environment.
4.Product formulation management.
5.Initiate and support product quality and yield improvement, facilitate asset utilization, capacity improvements and cost reductions.
6.Mange process parameters to ensure the process to run in controlling.
7.Responsible for new product development and optimizing the process parameter to achieve market demands.
8.Draw out and update production SOP.
9.Lead the commissioning of new facilities, assist in the start-up of the new facility.
10.Train production operations on process safety and operation.
11.Good communication with plant team to achieve the operation requirement.
12.Daily report to Manager for process condition, equipment issues and data, and propose continuous improvement solutions.
13.Monthly follow up of key indicators for process—OEE data, process monthly report…
14.Responsible for the MOC process – initiation, performance, execution, documentation, training.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1.Knowledge:
1) Bachelor's degree or above in automotive industry or process engineering.
2) Over 5 years working experience in the compounds or extrusion industry.
3) Team leader experience is preferred.
2. Skills:
1) Well known in FMEA and realize the other 4 management tools in vehicle industry.
2) Effective communication skills in English (oral and writing) are expected Strong and effective communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
3) Good organizational and analytical abilities.
4) Strong spirit of teamwork.
5) Willingness to continuously build knowledge and broaden skills.
6) High flexibility, high sense of responsiveness, open mindedness.
