| 工作描述： |
1) Get proper customer orders and forecast and work as end user of SAP SD module, Internal conversion of customer orders, including order confirmation, delivery confirmation, booking and invoicing, payment follow up, cross check of delivered parts and payment issues, direct invoicing of imported goods and so on.
2) Negotiate with customers to ensure a reasonable rolling forecast and firmed order fluctuation to support a smooth internal production planning.
3) Properly and frequently update sales forecast. Make summary and analysis of sales regularly.
4) Collection of market and customer information and market and customer investigation i.e. customer satisfaction survey, etc.
5) To support supervisor to set rule of sales related contract management; support the establishment and maintenance of customer database.
6) Key person for communication with Headquarter in Switzerland and group media and communication is-sues; key person for Wechat management.
7) Other jobs assigned by supervisor. |

1) College’s degree or above, bachelor’s degree is preferred.
2) With certain customer communication ability, has the strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
3) Have strong learning ability and challenging spirit and can work under pressure.
4) To skillfully use office software (Word, Excel, PPT etc.)
5) Have strong communication ability, can obtain the required information through commutation and give the customer a positive feeling.
6) Having 2 years’ experience in the abovementioned scope is a plus.
7) CET-4 or above, Good English communication in reading, writing, speaking. |
