职位描述：
专业要求 Knowledge Required:
1. 三年以上装配业现场相关工作经验
Over 3 years in massive assembly relevant industry；
2. 有较强的分析、管理、沟通和协调能力
Strong ability of analysis, communication，management and coordination；
3. 能熟练运用价值流程图，线平衡, 动作分析和作业研究等IE分析工具以及SPC, MSA, PFMEA等质量管理工具;
Good at tools of VSM，Line Balance, Motion Study，Work study as well as quality management like SPC,MSA, PFMEA ect.
4. 英语能够读写；熟练使用MS-OFFICE， AutoCAD等软件；
Good at English， Microsoft Office as well AutoCAD etc.
工作内容 Roles & Responsibilities
1. 负责职责范围内新生产工艺的开发和改进, 能看懂机械图纸并能从产品图分析出产品的装配式艺；
In charge of product technical development and improvement. Understand drawing and make technical process form product drawing.
2. 负责质量/环保体系中与装配线相关文件的制定、培训和改进；例如，制定工艺流程图，P-FMEA，生产线布局图，工序作业指导书等。
In charge of making, training and improving the document of quality/occupational health and manufacturing; Ex, process flow chart, P-FMEA, process layout, standard work instruction etc；
3. 负责生产过程的质量控制；技术上支持量产生产线（有能力分析问题及提出改善的方法；熟悉各种测量设备，能支持测试工站的开发。
In charge of quality control during production; Technical supporting in mass production (ability to analysis defect and improvement measures)；
Familiar with all test bench, capable of test bench development.
4. 协助工程经理进行生产线追溯记录的维护与归档。
Assist Engineering manager to maintain and pigeonhole product line tracing record；
5. 推动装配的持续改进工作。
Carry out the continuous improvement in assembly；
6. 负责新项目进度及装配相关的成本管理
Effective management of project schedule and cost related to assembly line, and reporting to management；
7. 新生产线有质量风险时,组织团队分析问题解决问题。
Organize team to analysis and solve the problem when the new line have quality issue
8. 监控所有新装配项目设备制作的合理布点,确保生产线按时到位
Monitor the machine supplier’s distributing to ensure the line arrive on time.
