专业要求 Knowledge Required:
1. 十年以注塑装配行业工程管理工作经验 Over 10 years engineering management experiences in injection molding and assembly relevant industry
2. 非常强的分析、管理、沟通和协调能力 Strong capabilities of analysis, communication，management and coordination;
3. 强大的领导力与变革管理的能力，能在压力下工作并保证工作结果；
Strong leadership and change management capabilities; work under fast pace and high pressure; Result oriented;
4. 熟练掌握精益生产的各种工具，能够推动精益生产在工程工艺领域落地，并能带领整个团队实现精益化转型。
Familiar with all the lean tools, be capable of implementing lean change in engineering and process management area. Lead, coach and drive engineering team into a lean oriented organization.
5. 英语流利；熟练使用MS-OFFICE， AutoCAD, UG和 Pro-E等软件；
Fluent English speaking，good at Microsoft Office ，AutoCAD and Pro-E etc.
工作内容 Roles & Responsibilities
1. 构建精益的，高效率的工厂工艺管理，设备管理与模具管理体系以及新项目的导入；
Build up lean and high efficient production mechanisms，equipment management and tooling management system as well as NPI implementation in TCS;
2. 持续驱动工艺，设备，模具，设施以及改善工艺周期，生产力方面的改善。
Continuous drive the improvement of production process, machine, tools, facility as well as cycle time, productivity and so on.
3. 作为集团NPP项目的对接方， 承担TCS内部新项目导入的项目经理的任务，协调各个职能部门的人员、进度和资源，保持对内对外的高度密切沟通，确保NPP项目的顺利完成。
As the local NPP project manager, coordinate all the functional staff, progress and resources in transparent way and high frequent communication way to make sure all NPP project can be successfully accomplished.
4. 负责产品实现过程中作业标准的制定，维护和持续改善；
In charge of setting up and maintain work instruction as well as the continuous improvement in this area;
5. 依据精益的准则驱动工厂布局与价值流的改善；
Drive plant layout improvement and value stream improvement in accordance with lean principles.
6. 推动装配的持续改进工作
Carry out the continuous improvement in assembly.
7. 领导，激励和辅导团队进行精益化转型，确保组织的高效率运行与稳定性；
Lead，motivate and coach engineering team change into high efficient and lean team as well as the strong stability inside.
