MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES /主要职责 1. IATF16949 system related management (e.g. coordinate process optimization, documents up-dating/requirements globalization) IATF16949体系管理（组织协调过程优化，文件更新，管理要求全球化） 2. external audit/internal audit/process audit/product audit/layered audit planning/organizing/results feedback/actions tracing 外审/内审/过程审核/产品审核/分层审核等各种审核的策划，组织，反馈，跟踪 3. IATF CSR read through/compare with current system management & update current system IATF客户特殊要求与现行体系的契合管理 4. Different requirements/system merge together or management, （e.g BIQS/CQC/...merge in IATF） 不同体系/要求与现行体系的融合 5. FPW updating/training/maintain/files format layout review FPW 更新/培训/维护/文件审核 6. QSYS management/support QSYS 系统管理/支持 7. Re-qualification test application according to test plan 年度验证管理 8. support in potential supplier audit team 支持潜在供应商审核 9. quality document release/control/recycle/training organize management,Quality related stamp management 质量文件受控/发放/回收/培训管理，及受控章等管理 10. regular statistic 月度统计 11. 40 stock feedback 40库处理意见 12. quality cost calculation before RFQ RFQ前的质量成本预估 13. customer survey before RFQ RFQ前的客户调研 14. customer quality agreement read through and risk feedback 定点前的质量协议风险搜集 15. COPQ cost tracking, follow up detailed “get back” plan 质量成本跟踪 16. gauge supplier info management/cost comparison database management 检具供应商信息库管理 17. FPS support (target topics prepare/organize/follow up, fip management) FPS 支持 18. other tasks arranged by team leader 如工作需要可执行上级领导安排的其它任务。 IV-MAIN POPEDOM RIGHTS /：主要权限与权利 1. Education background and working experience: 教育背景与工作经历： - technical education. 大专以上 2. 5 years+ System QE/SQE/CQE experience in auto industry, experienced on system main-tain, training, coordinate, audit. 5年以上汽车行业系统QE/SQE/CQE工作经验，有系统维护、培训、协调、审核经验。 3. Skill: 技能： - IATF16949 internal auditor IATF16949 内审员证书 - familiar with IATF16949 system management requirements 熟悉IATF16949体系管理要求 - familiar with office software 掌握office办公软件的应用 - Good written/oral english is needed; 要求书面英语良好 3．Mastery knowledge: - Corporation aim and policy. Quality policy and aim. Product safty. Defect distinguish. Quality management system. Basic knowledge of Quality and Enviroment management system. 掌握知识：公司目标及纲领；质量方针和质量目标；产品安全责任；缺陷识别；公司质量体系；公司质量和环境管理体系基本知识。 4.others： - With strong accountability and keep good relationship with internal & external customer, quick response and strong communication ability is needed; 具有强烈的责任心并与内外部客户保持良好沟通,具备快速反馈及沟通能力 -Be able to work under pressure, especially pressure come from coordination activities between different dept. 能够在压力下工作，特别是来自不同部门之间协调工作的压力。 |
