| 工作描述： |
Complete mold development tasks as planned. 按计划完成模具开发任务。 Analyse parts structure and build the tool specification; 分析产品并制定模具技术规范； Review DFM report and tool design with supplier, follow the tool manufacturing schedule ; 检讨模具设计及DFM，跟踪加工进度； Tracking the tool trial run, review the tool issues, follow corrective actions; 跟踪模具试模，检讨模具问题，跟踪修改方案执行； Resposible for the tools release checking and final tool acceptance; 负责模具验收检查和模具最终接受； Giving technical support on tooling to outsourcing parts ; 外购件的模具技术支持； Giving technical support on tooling to the problems occurred in production; 生产出现问题提供模具技术支持； Clearing up the relevant documents and drawing on tools; 处理相关模具文件和图纸； Moreover the Employee can do other work, according to instructions much by their head. 如工作需要可执行上级领导安排的其它任务。 |
