1 Development of production technology roadmaps 2 Creating the production work instruction and training operator 3 DFM and technical supports in pilot run stage. 4 Time management (for routing) 5 SAP data processing (maintaining BOM and creating & maintaining routing) 6 Productivity measures (workflows and products) 7 Responsible for production change management 8 Trouble shooting for process issues 9 Clarifying technical queries of customers 10 Cooperating in productivity testing 11 Ensuring completeness of customer documents (parts lists, drawings, specifications, software, etc.) and upload to ECM system 12 Feasibility study for new product 13 Maintenance of reference data (parts lists, work plans, times, aid numbers) in SAP 14 Clarifying product-related queries of production staff 15 Change management and cost clarification 16 Participating in process approval (sample debriefing) 17 Other assignments by supervisor |
