1 Standard management
Standardize process documents and quality standards to ensure the stability and uniformity of the process, and ensure that raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products, and finished products meet Unilever's quality requirements in terms of product safety and quality. These include but are not limited to all raw materials, packaging materials, formulas, manufacturing processes and processes, sampling methods, analysis methods, finished products (and semi-finished products related to finished products), CRQS, date printing, sensory, packaging, stack requirements, etc.
1) Update of standard management program documents, as well as control, distribution, and destruction of standard documents.
2) Confirmation and issuance of factory BOM related information.
3) Carry out measurement related work in the factory.
4) The improvement of the Superiority Index of Cornetto and Magnum.
5) Management and review of standards/SOPs, such as the weighing machines SOP, metal inspection machines SOP, X-ray machines SOP, etc. And the sorting and improvement of standard operating instructions/SOPs for quality control equipment after the delivery of new technologies/projects, such as CVS operating SOP;
2. Change Management:
Change management can better and more effectively control various product and standard changes, ensure that changes occur smoothly, ensure that all departments in the factory can execute changes in a timely and correct manner, as well as be responsible for coordinating, tracking, and managing changes that occur in the factory. Mainly including the following aspects:
1) Raw material change management: supplier changes, changes in different factories of the same supplier, changes in raw material origin, changes in raw material formula, and changes in raw material specifications.
2) Packaging change management: supplier changes, changes from different factories to the same supplier, changes in packaging material materials, changes in packaging appearance AW (including dimensions), and changes in packaging form.
3) Standard change management: changes in production process standards, raw material standards, packaging material standards, finished product inspection standards, CRQS standards, etc.
4) Project change management. Relevant changes in raw materials/packaging/standards brought about during various project processes.
5) New product change management. Responsible for quality risk assessment and control during the introduction of new products in the factory, achieving smooth implementation of product quality.
3 Quality related project management
Be responsible for the project management of capex investment of the quality department, Ensure that the key project processes such as starting, planning, implementation, monitoring, and closing of key quality projects are carried out as planned.
1) Sort out and follow up on key quality projects, manage project progress, and ensure the timely delivery of all projects.
2) Participate in the quality evaluation of critical projects, act as a quality representative to provide reasonable quality input in various stages of project implementation, including but not limited to suggestions on hygiene design, standard management, etc.
