主要工作职责：
Job responsibilities:
1. 支持人力资源职能和职责的日常运作。
Day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
2. 负责招聘相关流程，维护招聘渠道。
Assist in daily recruitment, manage recruiting channels.
3. 办理所有员工入职、离职和内部调动手续。
Responsible for all employee check-in，check-out and internal transfer procedures.
4. 更新所有员工数据库，及时、准确、系统、专业地维护和保存人力资源档案和文件。
Update all employee database and maintain and keep HR files and documents timely and accurately, in a systematic and professional manner.
5. 处理文件并准备与人事相关的报告。
Process documentation and prepare HR reports.
6. 考勤管理，薪资福利相关数据计算及信息维护。
Responsible for attendance record, maintain and calculate C&B issues.
7. 负责行政相关工作。
Responsible for daily work related with admin.
8. 完成经理交办的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by Manager.

任职资格：
Qualification:
1. 本科以上学历。
Bachelor degree above
2. 2年以上人力资源工作经验。
More than 2-year working experience related to HR function.
3. 积极主动，有责任心，自驱力强，工作细致。
Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, self-drive, work carefully and meticulously.
4. 逻辑清晰，优秀的时间管理技能，能区分轻重缓急工作。
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
5. 注重细节和解决问题的技巧。
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
6. 熟悉Office办公软件，擅长Excel, Word, PPT。
Good command of MS office, excellent in Excel, Word, PPT.
7. 良好的英语口语和书写能力。
Fluent in English.
8. 了解办公室管理系统和流程。
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
9. 逻辑清晰，优秀的时间管理技能，能区分轻重缓急工作。
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
10. 注重细节和解决问题的技巧。
