| 工作描述： |
**根据客户需求计划以及生产产能分析， 制定合理的每周及每月生产计划， 分析产能瓶颈，监督生产计划完成率以及合理的均衡化排产。对客户订单进行有效的订单管理以及交付风险管理。
**According to customer demand and production capacity analysis, Maintain reasonable weekly and monthly production plans, analyze capacity bottlenecks, monitor the FOOT of production order, and make the production Plan stable and Predictability. Customer order management and analyze delivery risk for customer orders commitment.
**根据需求客户以及生产计划，制定供应商原材料计划需求，并每周释放订单及预测给供应商。协助调查供应商每日产能。
**Release supplier raw material plan based on customers demand and production plan, and issue orders and FCST to supplier weely. Support to Investgate Supplier daily capacity.
**辅材计划，根据设备需求以及生产计划需求，设定辅材（包装材料，油品等）的最低库存，进行Re-order point设定订购相关辅料。
** Auxiliary material plan, according to Facility requirements and production plan, set up Min stock of auxiliary materials (packaging materials, oil, etc.), and orders related auxiliary materials through Re-order point.
**材料的工程变更，呆滞物料处置，原材料不良品退货，供应商及时交付，确保供应商原材料在质量合格的前提下交付率100%达标。
**ECN material and dead stock materials disposal, return of defective raw materials, suppliers on time delivery, ensuring that the RM OTD meets 100% with qualified.
**根据生产计划的变更及调整，每周及时调整供应商到货时间及数量，制定对应的供应商紧急到货计划。
**According to the production plan adjustments, close trace supplier's delivery date weekly, and process RM emergency delivery plan.
**控制原材料，半成品以及成品库存水平，使周转率达到集团KPI指标.
**Control the RM/SEMI/FG ITO, ensure that the turnover rate meets group's KPI
**供应商每月对账等相关财务协作, 及其文件管控。
**Support related financial cooperate, monthly billing checking with supplier for raw material and trasportation. Related document control.
**其他主管安排的物流工作（如运输管理支持/周装箱管理/进出口业务等）。
**Other Task assigned by supervisors (such as transportation management support/ returnable packing management/import and export business, etc.).
关键能力：
- Familiar with SAP Software, Basic logic of ERP System knowledge 熟悉SAP 软件，有基本的ERP 逻辑知识
- Ability to read and write English. 具有英语读写能力。
