| 工作描述： |
1. New product quality control 新产品质量管理
- Participate in new product development to ensure the timeliness and data integrity of milestone node review.
- 参与新产品开发,确保里程碑节点评审的及时性和资料完整性。
2. Process quality control 过程质量控制
- Drive product inspection plan together with QC and Technical team and update QCP timely.
- 与QC、技术团队一起制定产品的检验计划并及时更新质量控制计划。
- Daily inspection and test data summary and confirmation, timely response to quality anomalies in the process of production recording and testing.
- 每日检验、测试数据的汇总确认，及时对生产记测试过程中发生的质量异常做出响应。
- Lead cross function team to solve quality issues timely, and make sure corrective & preventive actions are implemented accordingly.
- 组织跨部门小组及时解决异常质量事件，并确保纠正、预防措施相应的实施。
3. Customer Audit 客户审核
- Support intenral and external customer audit, and close findings on time.
- 协助内外部客户审核，并按时关闭审核发现。
4. Customer Complaint 客户投诉处理
- Support providing internal analysis result, include root cause and CAPA.
- 支持客诉处理，包含根本原因分析和改善措施。
5. Continuous Improvement 持续改进
- Drive continous improvement according to internal testing & inspection data.
- 根据内部的测试、检查数据推进持续改进。
