Qualifications任职资格 Academic 学历 Bachelor’s degree, Related major in mechanical, electrical, automation, etc. 本科以上学历，机械、机电、电气自动化等相关专业 Experience工作经验 1.Engaged in similar work for more than one year in manufacturing companies. 在制造型企业从事相似工作一年以上。 2.Familiar with the production process of materials, key control points of the production process; master the test methods of various product. 熟悉物料的生产过程关键控制点，掌握各类产品的关键特性和检验方法 3.Experience in industrial engineering and lean production implementation 具有工业工程及精益化生产推行经验 4. Having relevant experience in the production and manufacturing of non-standard or standard products 具有非标产品或标准产品生产制造的相关经验 Job Skill工作技能 1.Knowledge of industrial engineering and lean production. 具备工业工程及精益化生产方面的相关知识。 2.Knowledge of engineering design. Familiar with mechanical design related standards, have a certain understanding of the selection of electrical components 具备工程技术方面的知识，熟悉机械设计相关标准，对电气元件的选型有一定的了解 3.Familiar with mechanical and electrical drawings, skilled use of various inspection and measurement equipment 能够看懂机械及电气图纸、熟练运用各种检验测量设备 4.Good communication, coordination and control skills 良好的沟通、协调、控制能力 5.Good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing, German speaking is preferred. 擅长英语听说读写，会德语者优先考虑。 6. Collect advanced production technology information and make recommendations for optimization of production process technology. 收集先进生产技术信息，为生产工艺技术的优化，提出建议。 2. Actively participate in the introduction of new projects and new products of the company. 积极参与公司新项目、新产品的导入工作。 3. Responsible for the preparation of process drawings, process plans and work instruction. 完成工艺图纸、工艺方案及作业指导书的编制工作。 4. Working station standard operation analysis, process analysis, and design of standardized processes to improve work efficiency. 工位标准操作分析，流程分析，通过设计标准化流程，提高工作效率 5. In-depth production site, technical guidance on the production process to solve technical problems in the production process 深入生产现场，对生产过程予以技术指导，解决生产过程中出现的技术问题。 6. Enter, maintain and update data related to the BOM system. 录入、维护和更新BOM系统的相关数据。 7. Responsible for the organization and maintenance of internal production technical materials. 负责公司内部生产技术资料的组织和维护 8. Responsible for organizing and keeping production technical data. Update production technical data, coordinate related designers to improve mechanical drawings, electrical drawings and other technical data. 负责企业内部生产技术资料的整理和保管。更新内部生产技术资料，协调相关设计人员完善机械图纸、电气图纸等技术资料。 9. Evaluate the cost of the new equipment portfolio in the project, establish the production BOM, track and promote the production work, and feed back the technical problems to the relevant designers. 对项目中的新设备组合评估成本，并建立生产BOM，跟踪并推进产品生产工作，反馈技术问题给相关设计人员。 10. Responsible for the implementation of product engineering changes, and coordinate the work of various related departments in the process. 负责产品工程变更的执行，并在过程中协调各个相关部门的工作事宜。 11. Provide technical support to other departments within the company 为公司内部其他部门提供技术支持 12. Complete the various research tasks arranged by the company. 完成公司安排的各项研究任务。 13. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。 |
