| 工作描述： |
Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:
1、Create long term production plan based on the volume forecast from S&OP (Sales & Operation) meeting, and maintain Production & Delivery Plan in SAP;
2、Cooperate with sales, order processing, production, and manufacturing engineering team to define & follow up the Monthly Material Supply Plan, and also the Monthly, Weekly and Daily Production Plan;
3、Define and closely update the MRP to ensure on time delivery of raw materials and well preparation of other resources, and also to minimize the material shortage, excess and obsolescence;
4、Manage all the types of production order, such as sales orders, repair orders, test orders, sample run/pilot run orders, etc.
5、Maintain the master data of materials in SAP R3;
6、Order parts from affiliates and external suppliers and create purchasing requests;
7、Work with production, manufacturing engineering, quality, logistic and other related functions to closely monitor the production capacity planning, forecast accuracy, resource utilization, material availability and finished goods delivery commitment;
8、Responsible for the inventory management, including slow moving materials, blocked materials, BOM related materials, consumables, WIP, finished goods, etc.;
9、Perform as team leader and assist line manager to drive process improvements in Demand and Supply Planning processes;
10、Support/Coordinate the continuous improvement projects or localization projects;
11、Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above.
2、Ideally (industrial) engineering or logistics related major.
3、At least 2 years in similar areas, e.g. logistic processes or production planning;
> 3 years in the role “Production Planner” in high tech industrial area is a plus.
4、Knowledge and skills:
① Accurate, reliable, self dependent work style;
② Strong interpersonal communication skills;
③ Strong planning/analysis skills, Strong Excel and SAP R/3 operation skills;
④ Good knowledge/understanding of Custom Clearance related process/policy;
⑤ Good knowledge/understanding of BOM and technical drawings.
5、Good spoken and written English skills. ( at least CET6 ）
6、Other specific requirements:
①Good cooperation ability to deal with interface functions (e.g. sales, purchasing, QC), internal/external suppliers.
②Observe the regulations on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
