Junior project engineer, specific job responsibilities are as follows: • Responsible for assisting project managers and co-responsible for the effective management of one or more projects for clients or homogeneous client clusters in an international context. • Work closely with our senior development, sales and all key functions. • Participate in the project from the first minute of project introduction and take charge of the project until the start of mass production. • Do your best to meet customer expectations while maintaining quality and/or profitability. • During the project phase, help coordinate all activities related to the project, including tooling, tooling and equipment, processes (including job descriptions), materials, samples, testing and last but not least, logistics including packaging. 初级项目工程师，具体工作职责如下： •负责协助项目经理，并共同负责在国际背景下为客户或同质客户集群有效管理一个或多个项目。 •与我们的高级开发、销售以及所有重要职能部门密切合作。 •从项目引进的第一分钟开始参与项目，并在定点后负责直到开始量产。 •尽最大努力满足客户的期望，同时保证质量和/或盈利。 •在项目阶段，帮助协调与项目相关的所有活动，包括模具、工装和设备，流程（包括工作说明），材料，样品，测试以及最后但并非最不重要的，包括包装在内的物流。 |
