| 工作描述： |
主要职责（Main Responsibilities）: 1.月末结账，包括但不限于总账和成本，能及时准确地提供月末相关报表。 Month-end closing, including but not limited to general ledger and costs, can provide month-end related reports in a timely and accurate manner 2.成本核算，成本分析，库存管理 Cost accounting, cost analysis, inventory management 3.协助财务经理进行预算和预测，现金流管理。 Assist finance manager with budget，rolling forecast, cashflow management. 4.配合经理完成月结，预算，年结，审计等相关财务工作。 Cooperate with the manager to complete the monthly end, budget, annual end, audit and other related financial work 5.维护检查公司财务系统，确保系统数字的完善和正确。 Maintain and inspect the company's financial system to ensure that the system figures are complete and correct 6.支持工厂的财务工作，为工厂良好的运营提供协助和财务支持。 Support the financial work of the plant, provide assistance and financial support for the good operation of the plant. 7.固定资产及投资管理，组织各项盘点工作。 Fixed assets and investment management, organize various inventory work 8.其他。 Others 资格要求： Qualifications: 1.本科及以上全日制大学，财务或会计专业 Bachelor degree or above full-time university, major in finance or accounting 2.6年以上制造业财务工作经验，3年以上总账和成本经验，有管理过团队经验者佳。 More than 6 years working experiences in manufacturing finance, more than 3 years experiences in general ledger and costing. Experience with management teams is preferred 3.熟悉和灵活运用财务软件和办公软件 Familiarity with Accounting Software and Office Software. 4.良好的英语听说读写能力 Good English skills. 5.良好的沟通能力和统筹能力 Good communication and coordination skills |
