职位概述及关键目标 • 生产订单内外部沟通与协调 • 材料需求与生产计划的制定 • 合理的原材料与成品的库存控制。 • 监控生产产量和产能，确保完成交付目标（KPI OTD） • 进行生产协调、物料协调、发运协调，确保生产计划的顺利完成 • 与其他部门进行工作联络，确保对IT产品和过程采取纠正和预防措施。 • 确保遵守监管机构的要求、内部程序和任何有关所承担项目的法律。 • 按照质量、健康、安全、环境和能源政策、程序和标准操作规程履行职责。 主要职责 • 根据销售订单及生产状况，日常的物料与生产计划编制、跟踪及反馈，根据订单变化及时调整计划。 • 进行生产协调、物料协调、发运协调，确保生产计划的顺利完成 • 监管生产进度，满足客户需求，确保仓库货物按时发货 • 领导交代的其它工作。 知识 • 熟悉ERP/MRP系统，熟练使用office工具，尤其是Excel • 2年以上制造业生产计划工作经验，熟悉计划和物料控制流程 • 本科学历 技能 • 工作积极主动，良好的沟通能力 • 基本英语阅读书写能力 • 团队合作精神强，达成公司的整体目标 Job Summary and Key Objectives • Internal and external communication and coordination of production order • Material demand and production planning • Reasonable inventory control of materials and finished products • Monitor production and capacity to ensure delivery targets are met(KPI OTD) • Carry out production coordination, material coordination and shipment coordination to ensure the smooth completion of production plan • To work liaison with other department to ensure corrective and preventive action are taken with regards to it product and process. • To ensure compliances to regulatory bodies requirement, internal procedures and any relevant legislation governing the project undertaken. • Carry out duties in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy Policy, Procedure and SOP Key Responsibilities • According to the sales order and production status, daily material and production plan preparation, tracking and feedback, and timely adjust the plan according to the order change. • Carry out production coordination, material coordination and shipment coordination to ensure the smooth completion of production plan • Monitor production progress, meet customer's needs, and ensure timely delivery of warehouse goods • Other tasks assigned by leaders Know-How • Good Knowledge with ERP/MRP , Excel Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel • At least 2 years production planning experience in manufacturing industry, familiar with planning and material control process. • Bachelor degree Skills • Active in work, good communication skills. • Basic English reading and writing • Also a team player to achieve company's overall target |
