Junior Indirect Material Purchaser - Intern Internship from Jun-2023 to Augest-2023 or from Jun-2023 to Jun-2024 Job Description/Tasks: •Follow company policy to implement procurement activity; •Coordinate with site user and sourcing team to execute shopping cart in time; •Release PO, get confirmed delivery date from supplier in time and follow up on time delivery until goods receiving is completed in system; •Deal with various issues such as delivery, quality and payment according to process; •Support and coordinate with the related department to follow up contract release and file the contract; •Support the direct supervisor on the necessary administration job; Job Requirement: •Business or language major is preferred •Diligent and responsible for accuracy of contract data •Good communication skills and team work spirit •Good in both oral and written English •MS skill is required •SAP skill is preferred |
