| 工作描述： |
工作内容：
1、Taking care mechanical part for non standard design for MB.
负责匹配器非标设计过程中的机械设计部分。
2、Technical support for MB local production.
技术支持匹配器本土化生产。
3、Necessary technical support for customer.
为客户提供必要的技术支持。
4、Collect requirement and feedback from customer, and keep optimize MB products by close cooperation with headquarter BU-MB and R&D department.
持续了解客户需求和反馈，并与总部产品和研发部门密切合作，持续改进产品。
5、Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作
任职条件：
1、bachelor's degree or above本科或以上学历，Mechanical engineering, focus on machine tools. 机械工程或设计专业
2、Able to design mechanical structures independently, familiar with SolidWorks and other related design software 具备独立进行机械结构设计能力，熟悉SolidWorks等相关设计软件
3、Ability to perform finite element analysis in thermodynamics or electromagnetics is preferred. 能够进行热力学或电磁学方面有限元分析能力优先
4、Be familiar with Microsoft office ( ppt/word/excel..) software. 熟悉Microsoft office ( ppt/word/excel.)软件
5、English is capable in daily working environment including listening, speaking, reading and writing. 英语可以成功运用在日常的工作环境下（包含听说读写方面）.
6、Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具备高度的责任心和客户导向意识.
7、Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.具备独立应对问题的能力, 思维开放,富有团队合作意识.
8、Ability to continuously learn.具备持续学习的能力
9、Strong anti-pressure ability and strong sense of self-motivation and goal-driven抗压能力强，具有强大的自我激励和目标驱动意识
10、Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
