| 工作描述： |
• Coordinate and conduct quality inspection on goods incoming/ outgoing and serial checks. • 协调与执行进料检验、出货检验以及过程检验 • Conduct quality inspection and audit according to specification and procedure. • 根据规范和程序进行质量检查和审核 • Monitor, evaluate and report product and process quality. • 监督，评估和报告生产和过程中的质量情况 • Report, quarantine and follow up Non-conformities. • 报告，隔离和跟踪不符合项 • Arrange shift and QC task of QC personnel according to production / shipping schedule. • 按生产计划合理安排质检人员 • Supervise and manage QC personnel. • 监督与管理质检人员 • Evaluation of scrap and rework parts, management of holding stock. • 对报废和返工的评估，管理不良品库。 • Prepare quality inspection report and document. • 准备质量检查报告和文件 • Support on customer complaint handling, parts validation and PPAP preparation. • 在客户抱怨处理，零件认可及PPAP的准备上提供支持 • Provide support and training to QS personnel on the quality control process (e.g. roles, tools, tracking, standard, responsibilities, etc.) • 对质检人员在质检流程上提供支持与培训（如：工作、工具、追溯、标准、责任等） • Support CMM measuring parts; 支持三坐标测量产品 • Support the inspection/control for welding process; 支持焊接过程的检查与控制； Must adhere to all company policies and safety rules. 必须遵守公司的所有政策和安全规定 (The jobholder may be required to carry out additional tasks that have not been specified in the job description to achieve the overall purpose of the job.) 工作者可能需要做一些额外的没有在职位描述中详细说明的任务去完成他的工作 |
