| 工作描述： |
主要职责： 1. Develop, implement, and improve the supply/demand planning methods using SAP tools in the area of responsibility 在职责范围内使用SAP工具开发、实施和改进供应/需求计划方法 2. Plan all supply and logistics activities for production materials and finished products (input and output flow) to ensure cost-effective processes from suppliers to customer 计划生产材料和成品的所有供应和物流活动(输入和输出流)，以确保从供应商到客户的过程具有成本效益 3. Forecast customer orders to ensure that MoldTecs meets customer sales demands and that customers receive on-time service 预测客户订单，确保MoldTecs满足客户的销售需求，并确保客户得到及时的服务 4. Forecast MoldTecs input demand to ensure on-time supply of the required materials and components 预测MoldTecs投入需求，确保所需材料和组件的按时供应 5. Identify opportunities for more cost-efficient logistics processes and optimization of all resources, activities and budget 寻找更具成本效益的物流流程和优化所有资源、活动和预算的机会 6. Provide analysis on past, current and future supply/demand data to forecast demand volatility 对过去、当前和未来的供需数据进行分析，以预测需求波动 7. Coordinate the whole logistic process and ensure that customer orders are processed in a timely manner 协调整个物流流程，确保客户订单得到及时处理 8. Serve as a main point of contact for the customer, process customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction and service quality 作为客户的主要联络点，处理客户反馈，确保客户满意度和服务质量 9. Plan and schedule the inventory to meet the organization’s needs by overseeing the ordering of products; and assist in coordinating delivery schedules with shippers and customers 通过监督产品订购来计划和安排库存以满足组织的需求;协助与托运人和客户协调交货时间表 10. Identify supply risks and opportunities, constraints and potential solutions 确定供应风险和机会、制约因素和潜在解决方案 11. Process customer complaints and product returns 处理客户投诉和产品退货 12. Initiate corrective actions in cases of delays, shortfalls/bottlenecks, etc. 在延误、不足/瓶颈等情况下采取纠正措施。 |
