岗位职责：Responsibilities: 1、负责模具的清洁、维护、组装，按需协调模具维修等工作，定期对模具进行保养，易损件更换； In charge of the tool cleaning, maintenance, assembly, coordination of tool maintenance and other work as required, regular tool maintenance, wear parts replacement. 2、准备模具装拆作业指导书和培训，负责现场模具的上下模，协助工艺调试； Prepare the WI and training for tool area, in charge of the tool assembly and disassembly onsite, support the process engineer for product debugging. 3、负责维修计划，备件管理，模具优化，以及工厂模具的维修，抢修工作，负责模具修模，并主导对需要委外维修工作，总结委外维修点并与供应商进行相关的沟通，做好相应的维修记录及图纸的更新； In charge of the maintenance plan, spare parts management, tool optimization, Plant tool maintenance, emergency maintenance, lead outsourced maintenance related work, summarize the key points, and communicate with suppliers, prepare the corresponding maintenance records and drawings update. 4、负责外购模具的验收和验证测试的相关工作，模具异常分析及问题处理，协助供应商对模具加工及装配过程提供支持，解决加工及装配过程中产生的问题； In charge of acceptance and verification tests for tools purchased，tool issue analysis and problem handling, assist suppliers to support for tool processing and assembly process, solve the problems in the process ; 5、现场简易工装的设计及机构优化，协助对车间设备及模具布局的概念规划及实施 Simple tooling design and mechanism optimization, assist in the workshop machine and tooling layout concept planning and implementation. 6、协助生产实施对产品缺陷的持续改进，参与生产过程中产品质量问题的分析，提供改善的解决方案； Assist the production to implement CIP of product defects, participate in the analysis of product quality problems in the production process, and provide improvement solutions. 7、支持项目对新产品及国外转移工作，及时与德国总部沟通。 Support project for new products and transfer work, communicate with headquarters. 8、完成主管交代的其它任务 Assist to finish other tasks from supervisor. 任职资格：Knowledge & Skills： 1、大专及以上学历，10年及以上工作经验； Junior college degree or above, more than ten years working experience. 2、大型模具厂钳工工作经历,主要负责现场模具维修、抢修及改善工作经验； Excellent fitter skills with big toolmaker company experience, proficient in on-site tool repair, emergency repair works. 3、熟悉制图软件，如：UG，Pore，或CAD等软件. Familiar with drawing software, such as UG, Pore, CAD etc. 4、注塑模具设计经验优先，熟悉注塑模具结构，丰富的模具异常问题处理经验. Experience in injection tool design is preferred, familiar with injection tool structure, rich experience for tool troubleshooting. 5、熟练操作加工设备（铣床，磨床，车床，等机加工设备），现场动手能力良好； Skilled in machining machine, such as milling, grinder, lathe, etc., strong hands-on skills. 6、熟悉汽车相关注塑模具优先； Familiar with automotive injection tool is prefer. |
