- Prepare Daily Maintenance Chart for all Machine / and moniter Daily Maintenance Chart - 准备所有机器日常维护点检表和监测日常维护点检表的实施情况 - Observe any malfunction on the equipments / machinery - 观察任何工装夹具/设备故障 - Make Sure all the machine has sufficient Lubrication oil / Cutting Oil / oil level / Oil Concentration / Filter are cleaned . - 确保所有机器有足够的润滑油/切削油/油位/油浓度/过滤器清洗。 - Check Sufficient Consumable are available in Stock. Ensure critical ware parts are available on time or available in Ware house. - 检查耗材的安全库存。确保关键备件能及时到达或者有库存 - Carrying out of Standard practice , Lubrication , Maintenance and Service operation – According to plan - 做好标准的保养计划 ，并按此计划执行设备的润滑，维修和服务操作 - - Record Machine Breakdown / prepare a monthly report on resource availability for production. - 记录机器故障停机时间/准备生产每月机器总体运行时间报告 - Ensure Compressor / Air dryer / Air Tank are working smoothly. - 确保压缩机/空气干燥机/空气罐 正常运行。 - Ensure Electrical panel board / Switch Board Room are in Safe condition. - 确保电器面板/配电房 所有电器处于安全状态 - Ensure all the electrical connection / Electrical items are working smoothly. - 确保所有的电气 连接/电气项目正在顺利。 - Ensure Pneumatic connection are in safe condition and the pressure in maintained properly. - 检查压缩空气管道压力，确保所有管道压力正常并做合理的保养。 - Prepare Preventive Maintenance for each machine. - 准备每台机器预防性维护。 - Maintain Machine Breakdown records. - 维护机器故障记录表。 - Record all the service related Documents, Maintain Machine relevant documents / spare parts documentation / electrical documentation / Machine history Documents / Records for future reference |
