Gerneral Purpose：
Be responsible for finishing the production tasks, complying with the safety standards, quality control system standard, WI strictly;
严格按照公司的安全标准，质量控制系统，生产作业指导书，保质保量地完成生产任务
Main Task:
1.Understand and comply with company’s safety and quality requirements
理解并服从国家和公司的规章要求，以及生产中的安全/质量/生产/成本要求。
2.Responsible for finishing the production tasks (assembly, testing, packing) in the production line according to the working instructions
负责按照作业指导书标准完成对应站别的组装，测试，包装等作业
3.Responsible for implementing TPM of tools/fixtures
负责完成日常工装夹具的TPM
4.Responsible for daily SYNCHRO 5S tasks
完成日常SYNCHRO 5S工作
5.Comply with work adjustment according to business requirement if necessary
根据公司业务的需求，服从对工作内容进行相应的调整和安排
6.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

1.College degree or below专科或以下学历
2.Technical Major (optical or electrical preferred).光学或者电气，电子，机械相关学科
3.More than one year work experience in assembly or test of electrical or optical components. 1年以上在电气，电子，机械装配相关行业的工作经验
4.Assembly of delicate components 精细部件的装配
5.Low & High voltage electrician's certificates are preferred 优先考虑有低压或高压电工证的候选人
6.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
