Gerneral Purpose： SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer) is responsible for the supplier quality management and improvement in TCN. SQE（供应商质量工程师）负责TCN的供应商质量管理和改进. Main Task: 1.Develop the supplier quality based on ISO9001/TRUMPF TQS standard 以ISO9001/通快的TQS的标准为基础开发供应商质量 2.Work with procurement team to develop regional purchasing strategy, define quality criterion and implement activities to ensure supplier quality for the needs of business development. 与采购团队合作策划区域采购策略，制定质量准则并实施相关活动确保供应商质量适合业务发展的需要 3.Define and carry out supplier quality control (including KPIs), participate in regular supplier evaluation 制定并实施供应商质量控制 (包括KPIs)，参与定期供应商评价 4.Participate in supplier selection and approval; lead quality audit and release for potential suppliers 参与供应商的选择和批准；主导潜在供应商质量审核和释放 5.Work with R&D team to carry out the technical review with supplier for new purchased components/materials 与研发团队协作开展与供应商的新产品技术评审 6.Coordination of quality planning conducted by the supplier and proof of quality for the purchased components and martial 协调供应商进行的质量策划活动，并确保采购件质量 7.Lead the first sample release process for purchased components/materials 主导采购件的新品放行流程 8.Participate in the Gate Review during project procurement from the quality point of view: IQ (Installation qualification); OQ (operation qualification); PQ (performance qualification) 从质量维度参与项目采购的定点活动 9.Coordinate supplier quality complaints and handle the escalated supplier quality issues with 8D/problem solving method 处理供应商质量投诉，使用问题解决/8D方法处理升级的供应商质量问题 10.Responsible for annual supplier process verification/check and audit 负责年度供应商过程确认和审核 11.Introduce continuous quality improvement with suppliers 与供应商一起进行持续质量改进 12.Support TRUMPF Global sourcing project in China 支持通快集团在中国的全球采购计划 |

1.Bachelor degree or above,Mechanical/Electrical engineering 本科学历或以上,机械/电气工程专业 2.At least 1-3 years working experience 至少1-3年工作经验 3.Skills: -Mechanical/electrical technical background -Analytical skills and structured problem solving -Quality tools (PDCA, 8D, 5Why, ISO standards) -Production systems (lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, 5S) -MS office skill (Excel, Word, PPT, Access, Power BI) -SAP or other ERP class system 4.Strong sense of high integrity, reliability, responsibility and customer orientation 正直可靠, 具备高度的责任心和客户导向意识. 5.Ability to handle issue independently, open-minded and with a team spirit.具备独立应对问题的能力, 思维开放,富有团队合作意识. 6.Ability to continuously learn.具备持续学习的能力 7.Strong anti-pressure ability and strong sense of self-motivation and goal-driven 抗压能力强，具有强大的自我激励和目标驱动意识. 8.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China. 愿意遵守通快中国的所有规章制度包括但不限于员工手册以及行为准则. |
