一、岗位职责 Responsibilities of the position：
1). 供应商开发supplier development
A） 根据公司物料战略，发展新供应商，如油缸，液压站，加热系统等关键物料。
Develop new suppliers according to company material strategy, such as cylinder, hydraulic station, heating system and other key materials.
B）与质量和技术部门紧密合作，实施供应商开发项目。
Work closely with quality and technical department to implement supplier development projects.
C）确保物料成本，交期和质量等指标达到物料战略目标。
Ensure material cost, delivery and quality targets are met.
2). 日常采购管理Daily purchasing management
A）负责对相关采购物料进行核价、比价，根据项目需求，确保相关物料按时按质交付。
Responsible for checking and comparing the price of related materials, ensuring the delivery of related materials on time and in good quality according to the project requirements.
B）负责相关供应商的管理，采购进度的追踪。
Responsible for supplier management and procurement progress tracking.
C）负责不良品的追踪处理，协同质量部改善供应商质量表现。
Responsible for tracking and handling of defective products, cooperate with quality department to improve supplier quality performance.
D）负责收集、整理与统计各种采购单据与报表以及供应商付款审查和提交。
Responsible for collecting, sorting out and counting various purchasing documents and statements as well as supplier payment review and submission.
E）完成上级交办的其他工作。
Finish other work assigned by superior.
二、岗位要求 Requirements for the position
1). 本科及以上学历，机械相关专业。
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering.
2). 五年以上工作经验，设备行业工作经验优先。
More than 5 years working experience， Experience in equipment industry is preferred.
3). 熟悉机械零件性能。
Familiar with mechanical parts performance.
4). 流利的英语口语和书面能力。
Fluent in spoken and written English.
5). 电脑操作熟练。
Good computer skills.
6). 具备谈判的经验，擅长分析、成熟稳重、重视团队合作。
Have negotiation experience, good at analysis, mature and stable, value team work.
