QUALIFICATIONS 工作资格： 1.High school or above educational background; 高中或以上学历 2.3 years mould maintenance experiences; 3年以上模具维修工作经历 3.Team worker. 具有团队精神 RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责： Responsible for ongoing mould tool maintenance program, to ensure mould tools meet scheduled production deadlines, and also to document and file tooling maintenance report accurately. 负责公司正在生产过程中模具的维修项目，保证模具达到计划的生产期限，同时保证正确的填写和归档模具维修报告 Responsible for tool room machines weekly maintenance regrime, and for keeping tool room clean and tidy, taking safety into account at all times, 负责模房设备的每周维护保养，保持模房整理整洁，随时注意保证安全。 Drive mold troubleshooting for production issue and product defects when necessary. 针对生产问题和产品缺陷的模具故障诊断。 Complete various assigned mold clean, maintenance and repair works. Follow the work instruction and tooling management procedure for all mold operations. 完成模具清洁，维护保养和修复工作,遵守工作指令和模具管理流程要求完成所有模具操作. Coordinate and track the mold component repair outside the plant on time. 及时协调和跟踪模具部件外修 Support production team on mold loading, unloading, setup and proper transportation when necessary. 支持生产完成模具的装载，卸载，设置及合适的运输. -Other work arranged by the leader on time 及时完成领导安排的其它工作. |
