MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责: 1. Assist in developing new product that is optimized for manufacturability. 协助开发针对可制造性进行优化的新产品。 2. Provide the molding related processes as part of the overall manufacturing strategy for new product releases. 提供与成型相关的工艺，作为新产品发布的总体制造策略的一部分。 3. Directly responsible for the successful transfer of the tool and process to our designated high volume manufacturing site for the project. 直接负责将工具和工艺成功转移到我们为项目指定的大批量生产现场。 4. The ability to make data-driven decisions based upon statistical analyses, designed experiments and capability studies. 基于统计分析、设计实验和能力研究做出数据驱动决策的能力。 5. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE 任职要求条件: Education & Major 学历与专业 BS degree in engineering 工程学士学位 Job Related Experience 相关工作经验 1.An extensive knowledge base (5 years minimum experience) in injection molding processes, hot runner, pocket mold, inserting mold, reel-to-reel over molding and materials. 广泛的知识库（至少5年的经验）在注塑工艺，热流道，嵌件模具，卷对卷包塑和材料。 2.Familiar with injection molding machines, especially on Arburg. 熟悉注塑机，尤其是阿博格注塑机。 Total Working Experience整体工作经验 Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知识 Others 其他 1.Direct knowledge of cost-effective tool modification techniques, Self-motivation, requiring minimal direct supervision. 直接了解具有成本效益的工具修改技术，自我激励，需要最少的直接监督。 2.Proficient verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well with others in an interactive simultaneous engineering team environment. 熟练的口头和书面沟通能力，能够在交互式同步工程团队环境中与他人良好合作。 3.Fluent in English and Chinese / Mandarin. 流利的中英文/普通话。 |
