Gerneral Purpose： Programming trainer is mainly responsible for establishing, conducting and maintenaning the training course of various kinds of programming software, to meet the training & application demands of the domestics and overseas customers. 编程培训师主要负责各类编程软件培训课程的建立，执行和维护，以满足海内外客户的培训和应用需求。 Main Task: 1.Responsible for developing new training courses to achieve progress in the project according to the requirement, especially for overseas market. 根据项目的需要负责开发新的培训课程以推动项目的进展，重点方向为海外市场 2.Conduct service training course and achieve training target. 实施服务培训课程，达成培训目标。 3.Cooperate closely with colleagues to provide E-learning contents and materials 与部门同事紧密合作，为E-learning课程的建立提供内容及素材 4.Maintenance and update course content and format to achieve good efficiency and quality of the training product. 以提升课程产品效率和质量为目标，维护和升级课程内容和形式。 5.Edit training course and training material 编写培训课件和培训材料。 6.Responsilbe for communicating with the customer to coordinate the training course. 负责与客户联系，组织协调培训中心的培训课程 7.Draft and create workflow in dept. and push to normal running. 参与部门运行流程和规范的起草、制定和落实。 8.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement. 根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作. |
