Responsibilities：岗位职责
Work independently in supplier searching, evaluation, qualification, and improvement
独立进行供应商寻找，评估，认可和改进工作
Identify qualified suppliers or develop new suppliers to execute sourcing activities (inquiry, negotiation, contracting, etc.)
识别合格的供应商或开发新的供应商以执行采购活动(询价，谈判，签约等)
Analyze quotations, negotiate terms and conditions, and determine supply sources
报价分析，交易条款和条件的谈判，供应商定点
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments in clarifications of request and quality issue.
与供应商和内部部门协调，澄清要求和质量问题。
Create order and handle delivery status, make sure delivery on time.
创建订单并处理发货状态，确保按时发货。
Project management, make project plan, milestone, tracking list and update；to meet project request anytime.
项目管理，制定项目计划、里程碑、跟踪清单并及时更新，随时满足项目需求。
Manage relationships with supplier, drive continuous improvement in cost, delivery, quality and service.
管理与供应商的关系，推动在成本、交货、质量和服务的持续改进。
Maintain purchasing data (supply source, supply conditions, purchase contacts, etc.), keep daily monitoring and renewing
维护采购数据(供货来源、供货条件、采购联系人等)，保持日常监控和更新
Responsibilities Manage and archive the documents in daily work, meet compliance to legal requirements and company policy。
管理和归档日常工作中的文件，确保符合法律要求和公司政策。 |

QUALIFICATIONS职位要求:
Bachelor’s degree with engineering/mechanical and/or commercial background 本科学历，工程/机械或商业背景
Proficient in oral and writing English, additional capability in German is a plus熟练的英语口语和写作能力，懂德语者优先
Sound skills in project management, price negotiation and data analysis
良好的项目管理、价格谈判和数据分析能力
Sound skills in communication and building up networks 良好的沟通能力和建立人际网络的能力
Project management experience are preferred 有项目管理经验者优先
Infor procurement knowledge is preferred 有Infor系统采购经验优先 |
