| 工作描述： |
1)Occupational Illness and Injure 处理工伤事件 Reports all occupational illness and injures in time and participates associated investigation to ensure that root causes to be identified and aggressive correct actions being implemented in site. 及时报告所有的职业疾病和损伤事件，参与相关的调查，以确保找到根本原因，并在现场采取主动的纠正措施。 2)Legal Compliance合规 Keeps tracking local laws & regulations trends on ESH, and initiates proactive measures to ensure full compliance on legal requirements. 保持跟踪与ESH相关的地方法律和法规动态，提出主动措施，确保完全遵守法律规定。 3)Risk Assessment风险评估分析 Coaches and participates H&S risk assessment and all over site, by supporting of CFT. 通过支持多职能（CFT）小组，辅导和参与厂各处的健康和安全风险评估和工作安全分析。 4)ESH Inspection & Performance Evaluation ESH检查和绩效评审 Measures ESH performance via organizing periodical check, inspection and auditing to site level, and implements discipline actions on any violation and non-compliance. 通过参与定期检查、检验和审核工厂情况，衡量ESH绩效，并对违反或不遵守的情况予以惩处。 Submits ESH performance to site top management, normally monthly, as required. 按时向高层报告ESH绩效，一般一月一次，具体视要求而定。 5)ESH Support专业支持 Provides technical and professional supports to functional departments and individuals on any ESH issues. 向各职能部门和个人提供与ESH问题相关的技术和专业支持。 6)Establish work instruction and plan to operation and maintenance, including transformer room, air compressor, air conditioning, fire protection, etc. 制定出相关设施（如配电房、空压机、空调、消防等）的作业指导书和保养计划。 7)Implement the regularly maintenance according to the PM plan. 根据PM计划对厂房实施进行日常的维护和保养，以保证设备的正常运行。 8)Implement the regularly check for the facility and social equipment. 根据计划对厂房设施实施日常的点检。 9)Solving problems when the facility and social equipment broken down, such as transformer room, air compressor, air conditioning, fire protection, etc. 当厂房设施出现问题时能及时采取措施，解决问题。(如配电房、空压机、空调、消防等)。 10)Define the spare part for the facility and social equipment. 根据需要，定义、申请购买和更换厂房设施的备件。 11)Identification and analysis facility problems of plant building , and take actions to optimize maintenance process. 能及时识别和分析出厂房建筑可能的出现问题，并能及时采取措施并优化保养流程。 12)Technical training for facility technician. 对厂务技术员提供技术指导。 13)Any other works assigned by supervisors. 上级指定的其他任何工作。 |
