1.To seek for market opportunities, expand business in similar industry, explore new areas and projects, to achieve performance targets 寻求市场机会，拓展类似行业客户业务，开拓新的领域和项目，以完成业绩目标 2.Coordinate technical issues among customer, EU HQs and TC plant, include search, translate & edit, local-ize technical data from HQs 协调客户、欧洲总部与太仓本部的技术沟通，包括寻找、编译、本地化欧洲总部的技术资料 3.Coordinate customers with company ISD, production, logistic, finance, etc. to fulfil the order 协调客户与公司的商务、生产、物流、财务等各部门以完成订单 4.Contracting, ensure in time payment, iimplementation of company's sales policy 落实购销合同，及时催收货款，执行公司销售政策 5.Take charge of customer following and after sales service, include customer complain case 负责客户跟踪及售后服务，包括客诉事项 6.Improve and update end user database, finish the reports and paper work timely 健全公司的终端客户档案，及时完成报告等文书工作 7.To know market status, incl. competitors, customers, industry, etc., and give reasonable suggestion 了解掌握市场动态和状况，包括竞争对手、客户、行业等，提出合理建议 8.Other jobs assigned by company 其他公司交办的工作 |

1.At least 5 years working experience of machineries and spare parts sales and technical service, related to industries of laminating, coating, converting applications, e.g. film (&lithium battery, optical) processing, wood paper processing, textile, packaging, label, etc., familiar with production process and business model 5年以上设备及配件的销售和技术工作经验，主要涉及材料的复合、涂布、转移应用，比如：薄膜（及锂电池膜、光学膜等）加工、木纹纸、纺织、包装、标签行业等，熟悉相关生产流程和商业模式 2.Major of machinery / chemical of college degree, or other of bachlor degree. or above 机械或化工类专业大专、其他专业本科或以上学历 3.Passionate, optimistic, diligent, willing to try challenging work 富有激情，乐观进取、勤奋务实、愿意尝试挑战性工作 4.Has strong learning ability, communication skills, and logical thinking ability 具有较强的学习能力、沟通能力和逻辑思维能力 5.Able to travel frequently 能经常出差 6.Fluent English read and write, oral capability is preferred 英语读写能力，有听说能力者优先 |
