主要职责：
- Identify and manage a world-class supply base to support business objectives and company's product roadmaps.

- Develop and maintain long term supplier relationships that provide competitive advantages such as lowest cost, excellent quality and superior customer service. Participate in supply china strategies and engage with suppliers to support supply chain requirements.

- Negotiate best terms and conditions to meet profitability objectives, Drive total cost ownership and continuous cost optimization with suppliers.

- Formulate, maintain and distribute product cost profile at component level for dedicate product.
为专用产品制定、维护和分发产品成本表
- Monitor and evaluate industry supply trends. Stay on top of trend data of raw material supply and pricing. Analyze, predict and prevent adverse capacity constraints or material price increases.

- Survey and certify new suppliers in conjunction with tool engineering(if applicable), R&D/Engineering team. Audit supplier conformance to quality, capacity and cost commitments

- Participate as an active member of cross-functional team to support on-time launch of China & LCC projects

任职要求：
- Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering / Sciences or other applicable fields
理工科或其他相关专业本科或以上学历
- 5+ years’ experience in Automotive Purchasing / Engineering area
5年以上汽车采购/工程领域工作经验
- Supplier and project management (purchased parts) experiences
供应商和项目管理(外购零件)经验
- Purchasing professional qualifications are plus, e.g. CIPS, CPSM
采购专业资格优先考虑，如CIPS, CPSM
- Solid product and market knowledge of Capital, Packaging and MRO, know-how of injection/blow molded tool and/or Gauge/Fixture is plus
扎实的产品和市场知识，资本，包装和MRO，注塑/吹塑工具和/或量具/夹具的知识优先
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
较强的谈判和沟通能力
- Good English ability, both written and oral
